Create Interactive Programs!

Have you ever felt the urge to create your own adventure game? Do you need to produce training materials that are scene oriented? Or how about storyboards, program mock-ups, etc...? And yet you're not a programmer.

Here is the solution! World Builder gives you all the tools you need to make your own professional-quality, stand-alone games, training programs, etc. on the Macintosh. And it's easy!

With World Builder, you can:

  • Create programs with up to 2,500 different scenes.
  • Depict each scene in a graphics window (draw them yourself with the built-in editor or paste them in from the Clipboard).
  • Describe what's happening in a text window.
  • Accept, interpret and respond to the user's typed input.
  • Use simple programing statements, including one that customizes the Commands menu.
  • Add digitized sounds (Silicon Beach's famous RealSoundTM).
  • Develop interesting characters, each one with a different personality.
  • Plus lots more.

World Builder was used to produce Enchanted SceptersTM, the highly acclaimed text-graphics-sound game from Silicon Beach Software, Inc. Your programs can be of the same high quality, and World Builder is needed only to create them, not to run them. Give them to friends, send them out as ShareWare, sell them. There are no restrictions on what you do with programs you create.

There's a World of possibilities awaiting you!
